1. From 13 June 2014, the Consumer Contracts Regulations – which implement the European Consumer Rights Directive into UK law – apply to all purchases you make at a distance, for example online or over the phone.
We are only obliged to offer a refund on defective products. Unless otherwise arranged, all other items may be exchanged where possible, or a credit note will be issued. We regret however that we are unable to provide refunds for any vinyl records that are returned unsealed.
2. Please complete the Returns Form below before attempting to return any item, and we’ll guide you through the process as necessary by return. Products damaged in transit should be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Other faults should be reported within 7 days. Please keep ALL packaging until you are satisfied with the products therein.

4. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that returned goods are adequately packaged. Items considered to be damaged due to either mistreatment or by inadequate return packaging may not be refunded.
5. Faulty goods will be either refunded or replaced.

RETURNING AN ITEM:
We trade under the Distance Selling Regulations and offer a returns and refunds facility accordingly.
If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 30 days from when you take delivery. In order to return your purchase you must let us know by completing the form below, or by email within 7 days from when you take delivery and before returning an order to us. Please await confirmation.
Return postage costs must be met by yourself. Please return via standard 2nd Class post and retain your proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for returned items which are lost or delayed or damaged in the general postal system. If you need help just contact us.
Goods must be returned sealed and unopened in their original undamaged packaging.
Once your goods have been returned to us and we’ve been able to confirm that they are in a condition which meets our returns criteria, a replacement or full refund can be issued less the cost of postage and packing
CANCELLING AN ITEM:
Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 days of delivery. This applies to all our products.
To cancel this contract, please fill out the form below giving the reason for the return. Follow the rest of the procedure outlined above. The cost of returning the goods is not covered in the above directive. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
You will be refunded within 30 days.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
