Orders are sent via 1st class signed for or FED EX service and generally arrive within 1-3 workdays (FED EX UK is the next working day) please check your tracking number attached to your order before contacting us.

How are your orders packaged?

We take great care in packing your orders with reinforced protection on the corners and doubled walled cardboard (instead of the corrugated cardboard).

What if the outer sleeve is damaged when I receive my order?

We ensure that all outer sleeves are in perfect condition before we ship your records to you. In the event that you receive a record that has obtained damage to its outer sleeve during the shipping process, please raise a claim with Royal Mail by clicking here.

Please note-Pure Pleasure records do not accept any liability or responsibility for damaged outer sleeves. Any claims for damage must be submitted to Royal Mail.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made using Mastercard or Visa cards.

Where do we deliver?

We post to the UK, Europe and anywhere outside the EU. Postage costs may vary dependent on the country. Please see Delivery and Shipping.

Do you have all titles in stock?

We endeavour to always have Pure Pleasure and Speakers Corner catalogue in stock.

On occasion titles maybe out of stock, if this is the case the LP will be reordered and you will notified on its arrival.
