All orders are sent via Royal Mail signed for service, tracking numbers will be added to your account.

Please note:

• Postage is calculated by weight. We keep our shipping costs to a minimum but want to ensure your records arrive safely.

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail or FED Ex trackable service. Tracking numbers will attached to your order.

• If a bulk order includes a pre-order item we will ship the entire order on the release week of the last released title. Please get in touch if you wish to arrange separate shipping.

• Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched the next working day.

• Any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Safe Packing

We take the utmost care in packing our LP's to ensure they arrive to you in pristine condition, using the highest quality packaging available. All orders are packaged in secure and tightly sealed corrugated cardboard with internal layers to prevent any movement or damage.

Although we go to great lengths to ensure the our packaging meets the highest possible standards, we can not be held responsible for the handling once it has been dispatched by the postal service.
