TERMS & CONDITIONS

Defective items:
Unsealed LPs are inspected for visual defects prior to sending. Many faults cannot be seen however, so if you are unhappy with the quality of your LP then send it back to us and we will either refund postage costs or deduct them from your next order. You can always return items if they are defective, however we would appreciate notification of a defective LP within 28 days of delivery.

To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note providing a full description of the fault/reason for return. Don't forget to include your name and address. Wrap the package securely.
For all other items:
Under the Sale Of Goods Act 1978 we are only obliged to offer a refund on defective products. Unless otherwise arranged, all other items may be exchanged where possible, or a credit note will be issued.

Cancelling an item:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products.
To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. Your statutory rights are not affected.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by signing up to our newsletter
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

· phone number
· email address
· credit/debit card details
